I'm serious. I nearly cried as I see the result of tonight's Liverpool game.
But no I did not really cry. Because as I re-think about it. It is just a game of a football.
I understood why I wanted to cry at the first place because it is really devastating to see something once you admire and respect so much showing signs of collapse. It is the realization of the proverb, "成於千年, 毀於一旦".
I watched "Wall street 2" today, there is a Term call "Moral hazard". It is well explained by Gordan Gekko, a character that was so real that once my textbook quoted his lines, the moral hazard happens when someone take your money, screw with it, but they have no legally-bound responsibility or debt whatsoever, because you have entitled them to do so. (Talking about fund managers) Not exactly what happens with the Liverpool guys but man, those guys are even worse.
Return to the result, strangely I don't feel as sorry as before. When I first found out the result, I was "想哭可是哭不出來", but as I came to sense more, it becomes "我不難過, 這不算什麼, 只是為什麼眼淚會流我也不懂". I guess it is sweat though.
Strangely this bad news kinda has a stimulating effect on me. Also possibly becuase Gordon Gekko said that time is a biggest asset that one can have. I probably need to make better use of my time in the coming months.
我報了半馬。仲有報左勁多course.....目標都算係定左....只差實行了。
By the way, I don't know if the proverb I quoted was correct. I think it's okay as even Oliver Stone made that mistake.
哭不出來 我不難過
